Step 1: Open the app and choose either one of the options — Record or Gallery. Having done that, choose the video to be processed. Step 2: After the processing is done, you can view the video segments in story form, with the endings neatly trimmed. So, all you need to do is upload the videos to Instagram. 2. iPhone: CutStory
The iOS counterpart of the Story Cutter app goes by the name of CutStory. Similar to the above app, this too breaks videos into 15-second long segments. The only difference is that CutStory isn’t just limited to Instagram. You can also create videos for Facebook, Whatsapp or introduce a custom time-frame of your choice. Step 1: To start, open the app and tap on the Camera roll or Camera option. Selecting a particular video will load it into the CutStory interface. Step 2: Now, tap on Save and the app will start processing the video. Step 3: Once done, the video-segments will be stored in the Photos, neatly broken down into 15-seconds long parts.
